PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a plate division processing by forming plate division data and rough cutout data at and forming an original sticking sheet for scanner suited to the plate division processing at the time of measuring the original magnification. CONSTITUTION:The original is projected onto the layout assignment paper on a data tablet 2a and the graphic data indicating the magnification, the contour lines of the original, a trimming frame and cutout part is measured by a means for measuring the original data. A means 30a for editing the data edits plural sets of the original data to plate division units when the resolution magnification data and graphic data of the scanner for the plural originals as well as the plate division instruction data indicating the overlaps of the images to be layout and original numbers are inputted to said means. Then, a means 30b for calculating trimming frame data calculates the trimming frame data in accordance with the cutout graphic data. A means 30c for forming sub-layout data corresponds said data and the graphic data, as well as the original numbers, the resolution magnification data and the plate division instruction data. A means 30d for calculating drawing data forms the sheets drawn with the contour lines, trimming frames and cutout graphics in the plate division units. |
