PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation check of the rotary position feedback control system of a motor by providing an acceleration or deceleration pattern generator simulating the acceleration or deceleration mode of the motor and a primary delay simulator simulating the transient response of the motor. CONSTITUTION:The acceleration or dceleration pattern generator 1 storing beforehand data representing the accelerating and decelerating characteristics of the motor and the primary delay circuit 2 simulating the transient response characteristics of the motor are provided, the output from the circuit 2 is compared with a threshold value in an absolute value circuit 3, which thereby detects the absolute value and the polarity thereof, which are converted by a voltage/frequency converter 4 into a pulse train of repetition frequency. This pulse train is applied through a 2-phase pulse generator 5 to a pulse phase inverter 6, and the operation of the pulse generator for detecting the rotating mode of the motor is simulated. Accordingly, switches S1, S2 are connected to the position controller 9 of the motor M, and thereby the adjustement and tests of the control device 9 can be conducted in the same manner as the actual machine. |
