The handle (a) contains a reservoir of talc (b), in a hole in its extremity, which can be ejected through holes (e1,e2,f1,f2) onto the handle. There is a spring (c) on top of the reservoir and the reservoir is held in place by a screw (d) with a central hole. The end of the reservoir (b1,b2) is widened out and corresponds to grooves (a1,a2) in the handle. The pressure of the thumb on the cover of the reservoir makes the openings in the reservoir coincide with those in the handle, allowing the talc to escape.
