PURPOSE:To bond the magnetic wedge tightly even in a slot opening having poor precision, by inserting the magnetic wedge, wherein foaming magnetic synthetic resin is applied on both surfaces of a nonmagnetic sheet, into the slot opening, the bonding by heating and foaming. CONSTITUTION:For example, foaming magnetic synthetic resin sheets 3, wherein iron powder is mixed in unfoamed epoxy resin sheets and which is not foamed yet, are applied on both surfaces of the nonmagnetic sheet 2 such as polyethylene sheet and the like in a layered sheet state, and a magnetic wedge sheet 1 is formed. Said wedge sheet 1 is cut into the pieces with a specified dimension fo form magnetic wedges 1a. The magnetic wedge 1 is inserted so that the nonmagnetic sheet 2 separates the center of the slot opening 6a in the width direction. The foaming magnetic synthetic resin sheet 3 is foamed and expanded by heating at the appropriate temperature and bonded to the side wall of the slot opening 6a. In this constitution, since the nonmagnetic partitioning wall is provided at the center, the torque characteristics can be enhanced. |
