PURPOSE:To stably connect the armature coil by vibrating a pair of armature coil leads by a pair of tips of an ultrasonic welding machine on the same segment in a reverse direction, thereby preventing the vibration of the segment. CONSTITUTION:The pair of tips 14 of the ultrasonic welding machine urge the lead 3a of the armature coils 3 with pressing force Q and vibrate it in reverse phase with the same vibrating force. Thus, the frictional force of the lead 3a is cancelled, and accordingly the segment 7 is not vibrated, but the welding machine can stably weld. |
