PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy study and understanding of a foreign language, by delivering one output sound slower than the other output sound by a certain timing when receiving a bilingual broadcast and thus securing a comparison between the two aural output. CONSTITUTION:The multisound receiver 11 is connected to the TV picture receiver 10, and the time delay circuit 14 containing the tuner part 12 for reception of the selected channel, the speaker 13 for the 1st language and the manual control knob 15 is provided to the receiver 11. In addition, the time delay circuit 18 containing the speaker 17 for the 2nd language and the manual control knob 19 is provided at the other side of the receiver 11. Then the aural output timing of one language is delivered slower than the aural output timing of the other language by a certain time when receiving a bilingual broadcast. A control is secured by the knobs 15 and 19 to carry out a comparison between the both aural outputs. Thus the study and understanding can be facilitated for a foreign language. |
