<p>The clip is for an ear-ring for pierced ears and fits on the pin of the ear-ring (1). It consists of two plates (6,7), with central holes (11,12) for the pin, which fit together and enclose a spring (10). A locking plate (8) slides between the plates and has, on its external extremity, a tab (18) for moving it which slides in a hole (19) in the back plate (7). One edge (20) of an opening (17) for the pin is bent back and the spring presses on this and holds the other edge of the opening in a circular groove (8) in the pin.</p> |
