<p>A machine for cutting a continuous material of elongate length into predetermined lengths comprises conveying means and cutting means operatively associated therewith, the conveying means being rotatable by an angular amount corresponding to the length of a piston of pneumatic ram, and the cutting means being actuated after a preselectable integral number of steps of movement of the conveying means. The operation of the machine is remotely controlled by a pneumatic circuit arrangement.</p> |
