Closing cover with insulated passages for electrical conductors for closing the housings of cylindrical electrical devices, especially of condensor housings, has the shape of a composite unitary structure with at least one traversing element (9; 13). The cover is composed by a disc (2) made of an electrically conductive material, a rigid disc (1) covering the face which obturates the housing. An insulating and waterproof intermediate layer (3) is disposed between the conductive disc and the rigid disc. The rigid obturating disc has an opening (8) in which projects the traversing element (9, 13). The intermediate layer (3) may be composed of an organic or inorganic material. The rigid disc (1) may be composed of a conductive or non conductive material. When the obturating disc is made of a conductive material, it may have a traversing element (15), obtained by deforming the disc material, projecting in a hole (14) arranged in the conductive disc (2). The connection between the three elements of the structure, that is between the conductive disc (2), the intermediate layer (3) and the obturating disc (1), may be obtained by gluing, welding, vulcanisation and especially by mechanical deformation of the stacked discs, for instance by crimping. |
