Pesticidally active N,N-dimethyl-carbamic acid O-(2-substituted-4,6-dihydro-2H-thieno[3,4-c] pyrazol-3-yl esters or 5-oxides or 5,5-dioxides thereof of the formula <IMAGE> in which R is an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl radical, and n is 0, 1 or 2. The hydroxypyrazoles corresponding to such esters are also novel. |
