PURPOSE:To make the constitution of a device simple by constituting a toner conveying means with a plurality of magnetic poles wound with coils, forming moving magnetic fields at one end face of the magnetic poles in phase order to the voltage to be applied to the coils and feeding the toner in the moving direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:The toner conveying means of a developing device 4 is constituted of 8 pieces of magnetic poles wound coils respectively and a nonmagnetic material sleeve 4S, of which inside surface is joined to the front faces of these electrodes. These do not rotate. In this example, the magnetic poles are constituted of a circular-bar-shaped magnetic material base body 40, 8 pieces of magnetic material rectangular plate bodies 411-418, and concave plate bodies 421-428. These respective members are formed into one piece by inserting the respective one ends of the plate bodies 411-418 into the grooves of the base body 40 in the state that the coils 431-438 are respectively wound on the plate bodies 421-428, and inserting the other ends of the plate bodies 411-418 into the grooves of the plate bodies 421-428 respectively, and press-fitting the entire part thereof into a sleeve 4S. |
