<p>The system sends various messages to other drivers, e.g. your vehicle is defective, your light is defective, your door is defective, your load is dangerous, you have lost your load, you can overtake, you should not overtake, I should like right of way, I give you right of way, I am pulling out, please help, caution, pleasant journey, thank you, and sorry. The messages can be initiated by a hand or foot switch. The messages may be sent either inwords or symbols or pictures. Red can be used for important messages and yellow for the others. 'I am getting into lane' can be symbolised by a curved yellow arrow and 'I am pulling out' by a red straight arrow.</p> |
