The machine comprises a closure device (10) for the mould half shells and a step by step rotating plate (12) provided with several jaws (14) arranged at regular intervals on the periphery of the plate. The jaws (14) advance to a receiving position coinciding with the separation plane (E) of the closure device (10) and to at least a subsequent processing position. A blowing mandrel (66) is carried by a slide (16) which is horizontally movable in the separation plane between a blowing position close to the closure device (10) and the receiving position. The slide (16) may be indexed in the frame of the machine (20). The closure device (10) comprises horizontal guides (52, 54) for the support of the hollow body (26a, 26b) arranged exclusively on the side remote from the slide (16). |
