<p>PURPOSE:In bonding a pair of inorganic glass to a polycarbonate resin sheet put between them to give a sandwich glass, to bond the polycarbonate resin sheet to a pair of the inorganic glass without damaging the surface of the resin, by placing several synthetic resin filaments in parallel between the gaps, followed by injecting an adhesive while taking out the filaments upward. CONSTITUTION:The inorganic glass 1 and 1 are bonded each other by putting the sealing glass rods 4 between the glass on their fringes except the upper side to form a laminate glass, and the polycarbonate resin glass sheet 2 with countours in a size smaller than that of the laminated glass is put between the laminate glass. The line members 5 made of smooth synthetic resin filaments with high tensile strength are placed between the inorganic glass and the polycarbonate glass. The prepared glass is made to stand with its opening upward, and the members 5 are taken out upwards as the liquid level of the adhesive 3 rises while the transparent organic adhesive 3 injected to the space part 6. After the injection, another sealing glass bar is put between the fringes of the open upper side 6a, and the ogranic adhesive 3 is cured to form the sandwich glass.</p> |
