PURPOSE:To clarify a display and make luminescence visible from both a fluorescent layer on a segment electrode and providing a display substrate consisting of an arsenic oxide film and a black glass layer on a wiring pattern. CONSTITUTION:A wiring pattern 14, a segment electrode 15, and lead frame terminal mounting section 16 are formed on one surface of a transparent glass substrate 13. Then the segment electrode 15 is reserved and an arsenic oxide film 17 is formed on it. Further, a black glass insulating layer 18 is formed on the section where both the segment electrode 15 and the terminal mounting section 16 are excluded. Furthermore, Ag paste 19 is piled up on the lead frame terminal mounting section 16 and lead frame mounting section is reinforced. A fluorescent layer 20 is formed on each segment electrode 15 and a display substrate 21 is created. After that, a lead frame 23 and a filament 23 are secured on a display substrate 21 and face glass 26 is heated and deposited. |
