PURPOSE:To cause the expansion of compressed air which is contained in a paste to increase the porosity of the paste, and enhance the utilization ratio of the paste by kneading lead powder, water and sulfuric acid in a pressed atmosphere, before the normal pressure is restored. CONSTITUTION:A required amount of lead powder is poured in a kneading machine 2 from a lead-powder pour-in opening 1. A stone grist 4 is rotated by means of a motor 3, and air is blown in the machine from an air blow-in opening 5 until the pressure inside the machine becomes 2-5 atmospheric pressure. After that, the pouring of water from a water pour-in opening 6, as well as the pouring of sulfuric acid from a sulfuric-acid pour-in opening 7 are initiated. At this point, water and sulfuric acid are sprayed into the kneading machine 2 with pressure, in order to prevent the counterflow due to the pressure inside the machine 2. After kneading the mixture of lead powder, water and sulfuric acid, and normal pressure is restored by the use of a leak valve 8. |
