PURPOSE:To mass-produce thin noodles without nonuniformity in an industrial scale, by attaching an edible oil to the whole surface of noodles in preparing noodle paste, followed by cooking them with oil under heating. CONSTITUTION:A material capable of impregnating noodles with an adible oil (e.g., salad oil, sesame oil, etc.), e.g., the felt belt 2, is set in such a way that the felt belt 2 is brought into contact with the cutting edge roll 1 for cutting noodle paste. The felt belt 2 is connected through the oil pipe 2, the oil reservoir pipe 4, and the oil pipe 5 to an oil tank. The noodle paste is cut bu the roll 1 into noodle lines and their surfaces are coated with an edible oil uniformly, while a proper amount of the edible oil is fed through the felt belt 2 to the cutting edge roll 1 by a regulator, e.g., cocks 6 and 7, for controlling the amount of the feeding oil in the device. The prepared noodle lines are heat-trated and then cooked with oil. |
