A turning device for regulating the temperature of a thermostat in an electric radiator has a knob or wheel (10), with one shaft (11), which is largely non-circular with the exception of its end part (13), which has a circular cross section. The wheel's other shaft (12) is fitted with a notch (14) designed to engage with the regulator shaft (6,7) of the thermostat. The wheel (10) is supported by a bracket (1) with two flat parallel surfaces (2,3), in which a recess (4) and hole (5) respectively, have been cut for the wheel's shafts. The wheel is locked into position in the bracket by being moved along the line of the shafts after the shafts are placed in the recess and the hole, so that the circular end part (13) rests in the recess (4). This movement in the shaft line also engages the shaft (12) and the regulator shaft (6).<IMAGE> |
