PURPOSE:To obtain the bipolar high-voltage output in accordance with the variation of an input voltage by a method wherein the outputs of the first and the second piezoelectric transformer having different output polarities are made composite. CONSTITUTION:The first single-hole piezoelectric transformer SINV which outputs fixed high-voltage and the second piezoelectric transformer VINV which outputs reverse-polarized voltage of the first piezoelectric transformer output and also turns out output voltage varying in accordance with the input voltage, are provided. And, by synthesizing the outputs of the first and the second piezoelectric transformers, the bipolar high-voltage output VH can be obtained in proportion to the input voltage. |
