PURPOSE:To easily perform an outgoing of many lead wires by a method wherein a lead wire route is formed by means of terminal plates each of which has bent fixing pieces for lead wires and coil bobbins each of which has projections at the corresponding flange part. CONSTITUTION:A transformer spool is composed of an inner side coil bobbin a, an outer side coil bobbin b, terminal plates c, c' and a cover d of a connection part. A notch 3 for outgoing of a coil terminal is installed at an upper flange 1 of the inner bobbin a and above this, taking a proper space, a bent piece 4 is installed and a fastening hole 5 is made in the bent piece 4. A proper number of projection pieces 10 corresponding to the notch 3 are installed at the upper flange 7 of the outer bobbin b. Bent pieces 4 and fastening holes 5 are installed at a lower flange 8. too. Outgoing wires 22, 24 of coils 21, 23 are drawn to the notches 3, 11 of the coil bobbins a, b and lead wires 19 are inserted into lead wire insert holes 17 of the terminal plates c, c' and they are bent and fastened to a fixing piece 18. Outgoing wires are made to pass between the projection pieces 10 and between bent fixing pieces 18, they are brazed at the lower part of the insert hole 17. |
