<p>Complementary devices for automating a) the placing of inserts into each of a series of moulds on a turntable, and b) subsequently removing mouldings from successive moulds, are characterised by having grips on arms which can pivot about an axis parallel to that of the turntable and which can reciprocated parallel to the axis of the turntable. For producing plastics mouldings involving overmoulding of a prefabricated metal insert, to eliminate manual loading/unloading of the mould tool cavities. Applicable for mould tools supported on a horizontal or a vertical turntable.</p> |
