PURPOSE:To enable the insertion of multipolar windings using one widing head by a method wherein outside blades to be used for spool are arranged at the outside of blades to be used for the guide of coil insertion, and the coils are wound around with a flyer changing the height of both blades in accordance with the coils. CONSTITUTION:When large diametrical coils 24-29 and small diametrical coils 30-41 are to be formed, the blades 42 for the large diametrical coils, the blades 44 for the small diameterical coils and protecting blades 48 are arranged in ring type according to the number of poles and the number of phases. The necessary number of the outside blades 43 for the winding of large diametrical coils and the outside blades 46 for the winding for the small diametrical coils are arranged at the outside of those blades, and the blades 42, 43 are connected to one side face-plate and the blades 44, 46 are connected to the other side face-plate respectively, and are made to be movable freely upward and downward at the same time. Positioning is performed with a dividing device, the blades are made to rise in accordance with the coil, the flyer 49 is made to rotate and the coils are wound around and are stored. After the whole coils are wound, the whole coils are inserted into the core at the same time being guided by the blades 42, 44. |
