PURPOSE:To enhance the privacy holding performance, by adding a pseudo random series generating circuit operating on the clock having a longer cycle than the data rate to the pseudo random series generating circuit operating on the clock of the data rate. CONSTITUTION:The 1st pseudo random series generator 11 operates on the clock having a longer cycle than the transmission data rate, i.e., the clock obtained by N-dividing the output of the clock generator 13. The 2nd pseudo random series generator 12 operates on the output clock of the generator 13. The input transmission data given from the terminal T10 is added to the output of the generator 12 at the adder circuit 16 of ''law 2''. The generator 11 generates the pseudo random series to the preset data applied to the terminal 113 and by the preset signal put into the terminal T11. This pseudo random series is applied to the generator 12. As a result, the presumption becomes difficult for the scramble data, thus enhancing the privacy holding performance. |
