PURPOSE:To obtain the device of an optimum scale according to usage by combining a plurality of unit cubicles consisting of a semiconductor unit and a ventilating space surrounding the former respectively with each other through communication of the respective ventilating space with each other and by supplying cooling air to a cooling-air circulation route thus formed. CONSTITUTION:Each unit cubicle 10 is constituted by the semiconductor unit 11 necessitating the cooling, the ventilating spaces 12 for supplying cooling air provided on the front and back sides of the unit and the ventilating space 13 for returning cooling air formed on the upper side of the unit 11. In addition, on the front side of the cubicle 10 is provided an opening door 14 for checking up maintenance. Next, required numbers of the cubicles 10 are provided in a train-of-board manner on a base 15. On the occasion, they are arranged in such a manner that the spaces 12 and the spaces 13 are communicated with each other respectively and that the cooling- air circulation route is formed by spaces 12 and 13. After that, a cooling device 16 for supplying the cooling air is provided at one end of the base 15 and the cooling air is circulated through the whole unit 10, whereby the entire device is made compact. |
