<p>PURPOSE:To improve resistance to earthquake, and to prevent stagnation of falling water in a high liquid preventive dike by engaging a holding member installed on the outside of the spherical shell with the engaging area provided on the high liquid preventive dike, and by installing a waterproof cover between the upper side of the spherical shell and the high liquid preventive dike. CONSTITUTION:The spherical shell 4 is directly held on the high liquid preventive dike 13 with an engaging part 12 installed on the inner surface of a high liquid preventive dike 13, a holding member 17 installed on the outside of the spherical shell 4, and the holding member 17 engaged with the engaging part 12, while a waterproof cover 18 is installed between the upper side of the spherical shell 4 and the high liquid preventive dike 13. Thus, since the high liquid preventive dike 13 holds the total weight of the spherical shell 4, resistance to vibration is increased, and falling water will not stagnate in the high liquid preventive dike 13 because falling water is drained outside the system by the waterproof cover 18.</p> |
