PURPOSE:To efficiently burn old tires and the parts of the engine for the car by a method wherein the combustion flame is swirled to the direction of the center of the furnace by blowing the secondary air spirally into the furnace from the surface of the inside wall of the furnace body. CONSTITUTION:As for the furnace body 3 of which inside wall 1 is built with a castable material as well as the outside surface is covered with the steel board 2, the air chamber 4 is provided with the clearance between the inside wall 1 and the steel board 2. On the spiral line of the inner surface of the inside wall 1, the jet ports 5 are spirally opened at some adequate intervals in the direction of the oblique-back surface to interconnect the inside of the furnace with the air chamber 4. With the secondary air fed from the blower 6 into the air chamber 4 spirally injected from the injection ports 5 to the center of the furnace body 3, the combustion is done by swirling the flame on the combustible things placed on a flat truck inserted into the furnace body 3. |
