<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a time required for reversing a sheet, by a method wherein a device is constituted in a manner that sheets, for use in copying machine, printers, are caused to move forward and backward at the same time and are reversed continuously. CONSTITUTION:A copying device 1 consists of a copying unit 2 and a sorter part 3, and the sorter part 3 consists of a reversing system 4, which reverses sheets copied by the copying unit 2 through the working of a reversing mechanism, and a plurality of containing pin groups 5 sorting the sheets. The sheet P1, conveyed to and into the reversing system 4, is conveyed in the direction of an arrow mark 13 by means of a pair of rollers 11 and 12 spinning in the directions of arrow marks 111 and 121. When a pair of the rollers 11 and 12 turn in the directions of the arrow marks 111 and 121, the whole device 4 rotates in the direction of an arrow mark 41, and the sheet P1 is fed into the system 4. Through the consequent half rotation of the system 4, a pair of the rollers 11 and 12 are rotated reversely. This permits shortening of a time required for reversing the sheet.</p> |
