PURPOSE:To restrain variance of the frequency due to variance of the element characteristic low, by utilizing the output of the differential amplifying circuit to form one input of this circuit and by applying the charging voltage of the capacitor to the other input. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of differential amplifying circuit 1 is utilized to form the reference input voltage of circuit 1. The output becomes high-level when the voltage of inversion input terminal (-) of circuit 1 is lower than the reference voltage. Reference voltage V1 of noninversion input terminal (+) becomes divided voltages of resistances R5, R6 and R4. When the voltage of terminal (-) is higher than the reference voltage, the output becomes low-level. At this time, reference voltage V2 of terminal (+) becomes divided voltages of resistances R5, R4 and R6. At the power supply time, when capacitor C3 is discharged, the output becomes high-level, and the reference voltage of terminal (+) becomes voltage V1, and capacitor C3 is charged to the high level. When capacitor C3 becomes the level higher than voltage V1, terminal (+) becomes voltage V2 to discharge capacitor C3. These operations are repeated to perform oscillation. |
