The extension of the spool axle penetrates the housing and terminates with a pivot (3) covered with a cap (5) provided with a radial arm (6) forming a support for a spring (7). The spring penetrates a recess (8) of a control disc (9) seated rotatingly on a pivot (3). The control disc (9) has a pin (10) penetrating into a longitudinal recess (11) of a catch (19) seated on a pivot (3) in such a way that following a movement of the control disc (12) in relation to the spool axle the catch shifts along its own plane using a pin-slot mesh (10,11) engaging with one or several peripheral teeth (14) with corresponding inner teething (15) on the pressure ring (16) fitted on the housing wall. |
