<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a system from being imitated, by destructing a part of the coupler after program write-in, in a microprocessor preventing the imitation of system. CONSTITUTION:Program data are given to a data terminal TD, and a control signal is from an external control terminal TC, and they are written in the memory 2. When the data is correctly written in the memory 2 after checking, the data path in broken lines from the output of the memory 2 to the data terminal TD at checking is disconnected with the external terminal TE of the coupling device 4, to make impossible the read-in of an address signal given to the terminal TA for the data of the memory 2 from the data terminal TD. Since the data from the memory 2 is transferred to the processor 1 with the read only data line LD1, no hindrance is given to the program readout operation.</p> |
