发明名称 PREPARATION OF LOW DENSITY COMPOSITE FOAMED SUBSTANCE OF ETHYLENEEVINYL ACETATE COPOLYMER VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare the captioned foamed substance having a high foaming property, low densities, excellent impact resilience, excellent flexibility by a method wherein specified foaming material is filled heated, allowed to foam in a mold and then the foamed substance obtained is held and cooled in the mold. CONSTITUTION:Twenty to seventy parts (by weight) of foaming agent such as azodicarbon amide etc., 1.0-5.0pts.wt. of crosslinking agent such as dicumyl- peroxide etc. are mixed with 100pts.wt. of a mixture composed of 100pts.wt. of ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer and 5-50pts.wt. of PVC paste and they are kneaded and molded in a sheet form to obtain foaming material. Then, this foaming material is filled in a mold. This mold is coated with a cover, fixed tightly, heated between 160 and 180 deg.C, allows the foaming material to foam. Then, the foaming material is cooled down between 80 and 130 deg.C in the mold and the cover on the mold is removed. The foamed substance having foaming magnitudes of 15- 50 times and densities of 0.02-0.05 is obtained.
