PURPOSE:To prevent a curing phenomenon in a trough and prolong a curing time of a taken out mixture by providing a rotary mixing blade directly connected to at least one of a rotary stirring blade out of rotary stirring blades to a meeting and mixing part. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 8 provided with the rotary stirring blads 7 is installed in the troughs 3, 4 parallelly provided on a base stand 2 so as to be subjected to freely reversible drive mutually and a supply port 10 of sand and a binder and a supply port 11 of sand and a curring agent are provided together to both troughs 3, 4 as well as exhaust sides of a transfer terminal ends are communicated with a bix 1 to form the meeting and mixing section 13. Moreover, in the meeting and mixing section 13, the rotary mixing blade 14 partly lapped over the rotary shaft 8 is provided in a directly connected manner as well as an exhaust cylinder 17 equipped with an exhaust port 15 and an opening and closing apparatus 16 is provided to a flow-down part of a prepared mixture in an intermediate part of a parallelly provided direction of said rotary mixing blade 14. |
