PURPOSE:To eliminate an influence of heat by supporting an elastic surface wave device on a metallic stem via a spacer impregnated with adhesives. CONSTITUTION:One of glass paper, a glass tape, glass wool, and a carbon tape is impregnated with adhesives made of epoxy resin with added silver powder and, after being rolled by rollers to a 100-250mum thickness, cut to the size of the substrate of elastic surface wave device 5 to obtain spacers. On metallic stem 1, this spacer 4' is fixed by being sandwiched between the stem and elastic surface wave device 5. Because of the adequate thickness of the spacer, shock resistance and heat resistance are superior. |
