<p>Unsaturated alcohols of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R<1> and R<2> independently of one another in each case denote a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl group or R<1> and R<2> together denote an alkylene group, R<3>, R<4> and R<5> and R<6> independently of one another denote a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted alkyl, alkoxy or aryl group, R<7> denotes an optionally substituted alkyl group and R<8> denotes a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted alkyl group, can be cyclised to form an oxolane of the general formula <IMAGE> which is suitable for the preparation of herbicidally active compounds.</p> |
