PURPOSE:To facilitate insertion of a laminated steel plate and withdrawal thereof after the casting by mounting a sealing to a separated section between a mobile die and a fixed die adhering to the circumference of the laminated plate with an inner diameter of the mobile die made larger than the outer diameter of the laminated plate. CONSTITUTION:The inner diameter of a mobile die is made in such a manner as to adhere the circumference of a laminated steel plate 11 at the innermost section L1 while the other portion thereof is formed to be larger than the outer diameter of the laminated steel plate. The opening of the mobile die 26 is so shaped like a taper that a molten metal seal ring 26 with a step cut Z is arranged between the die 26 and the fixing die plate 19. This seal ring 26 is so constructed as to be mounted on the laminated plate 11 by opening the step cut section Z while adhering to the circumference thereof after mounted. With such an arrangement, casting of a rotor conductor 12 causes no molten metal to infiltrate into a clearance between the laminated steel plate 11 and the mobile die 26. In addition, the clearance facilitates moving in and moving out of the casting material. |
