PURPOSE:To joint a helix and a dielectric supporter with high accuracy, by securing a helix to a zig and determining the brazing position of a dielectric supporter then brazing between the helix and the supporter thereby preventing the deformation of the helix when assembling. CONSTITUTION:A helix 2 is secured to a zig 5 then the position of a metalized layer on a dielectric supporter 1 is determined such that it is matched with the pitch of the helix 2 under the condition fixed to the zig 5 thus to form a metalized layer 3. The supporter 1 formed with a metalized layer 3 is assembled with a helix in order to perform the brazing, while since a positioning hole 6 for fixing the support 1 is provided in the zig 5, the relative position of the dielectric support and the helix 2 will not change. Consequently the deformation of helix during assembling can be prevented. |
