PURPOSE:To improve ductility and toughness and cold workability in particular at low costs by hot rolling a steel consisting essentially of C, Mn, N of specific composition with hot strip mills and coiling the same at above specific temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A steel consisting essentially of 0.1-0.4% C based on wwigh percent after the same), 22-30 Mn, 0.005-0.04 N, contg., if necessary, one or two or more kinds among <2 Ni, <2 Cr, <0.5 V and the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities is hot-rolled with hot strip mills. Thence, it is coild at >=650 deg.C, whereby the nonmagnetic hot-rolled sheet steel of superior cold workability is produced. |
