<p>The elements of the tested modulates are connected to diagnostic elements, connectable to a diagnostic apparatus as required. The apparatus has on one hand a display (LD1) with as many light emitting diodes (LED) as are the maximum number of relays of a railway track or signal group, which have to be tested. On the other hand, it has a second display (LD) with as many LEDs as are required for testing of signalling sources of a control console of the railway control system. With the signal sources are associated converters, which may be interrogated by a control network, in connection with a TDM and line-coupled transmitter. The diagnostic apparatus contains a receiver for the TDM signals with a decoder. The latter controls a display memory, to which are connected the LEDs of the second display. Pref. the transmission line is formed by conductors between switch points and the central switching console, as well by the battery minus line.</p> |
