<p>A device to act as a reinforcing frame for a throwaway injection syringe and cannula, both made of transparent plastic, consists of a metal tube with elongated longitudinal windows to hold the syringe and with a screw cap to fix the rear flange of the syringe. A bayonet or other joint at the other end is used to fasten the cone end of the annula. This makes a throwaway syringe suitable for the injection of high-viscosity pastes which require higher pressures.</p> |
