<p>Paste with given electrical conductivity, esp. for thick film circuits, contains finely-divided additives providing the electrical conductivity in a polyester as non-conductive vehicle. The paste is specified for use for thin and thick film circuits, esp. for heating and sensors, as dielectric for film capacitors, as insulating adhesive, adhesion promoter or coating compsn., as thick film resistor paste for laminated circuit boards, as thick film resistor in a resistance thermometer, pref. with an intermediate layer of pigmented resin, as antistatic conductive layer, as contact and soldering compsns. for film circuits, heating elements and sensors, as electrode material for capacitors, as conductive adhesive or as strain transmitter. The paste can be applied by the normal methods (screen printing, spraying, dipping, rolling, stamping), can be used at higher temps. than the usual thermo-plastics polymers, has good adhesion to glass and is compatible with the usual resistance and contact compsns. It has long term high temp. stability and its coefft. of expansion can be better suited to the substrate. Good conductivity can be obtd. without the use of Ag powder and with a relatively low degree of filling.</p> |
