Dental protheses of stable colour, having good mechanical properties may be obtained by photopolymerization of stable preparations with a component based on ethylenically unsaturated monomers as well as excipients and colorants when, in order to obtain good rates of polymerization, there are added bicyclo-(2.2.1)-heptane-dione 2,3 compounds mixed optionally with amines as photoinitiators, their proper yellow coloration being durably bleached after a short primary exposure to visible light in order to fix it thereafter by intensive exposure to visible light. |
