Concrete prestressing tension members anchorage - involves anchors and spacers for separate core cluster and surrounding ring clusters

Spacers defining the stressing length are provided for pre-stressing tension members, inserted and held in holes in an anchoring unit and gathered into a cluster. The cluster is divided into a core cluster (5) and one or more ring clusters (6,7) surrounding this. Part-clusters anchoring units (8-10) are provided for each of these, with separate spacing pieces (4) allotted to them. One anchoring unit, with its spacers, may be supported on the building structure (11), and the rest on each other. They can be concentrically arranged. This enables clusters containing a large number of members to be anchored in a small area.
