发明名称 PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATE FOR HEATER INCORPORATING TYPE GAS SENSOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent disconnection and the like of a heater layer by a method wherein the heater layer is formed on one of two ceramic raw sheets and the other ceramic raw sheet is laminated thereon after lead wires are held by slips containing the same constituent with the ceramic raw sheets when the lead wires are connected with the end part of the heater layer. CONSTITUTION:After the heater layer 12 is formed on the ceramic raw sheet 11a by using platinum paste or the like, the slips 13a, 13b and 13c having the same constituent with the sheet 11a are provided on the sheet 11a and made to hold the lead wires 23a-23c. Next, the sheet 11b wherein piercing holes 14a-14c corresponding to the connecting parts of the lead wires 23a-23c is laminated thereon, whereby the substrate 11 of the gas sensor is formed. In this way, lamination is made so that the slippage of positions of the lead wires 23a-23c is prevented. On the unburnt substrate 11 thus obtained is laminated a reference-side electrode 15 and thereon are further laminated a solid-electrolyte layer 16, a measuring-side electrode 17 and a protecting layer 18 sequentially. Thus the oxygen sensor which is free from the disconnection of the heater layer 12 and the scattering of resistance value and is excellent in strength is obtained.
