PURPOSE:To efficiently produce the container completely sealed by the cap, by forming a container head of a high melting thermoplastic resin at one end of a cylindrical body, and then forming the cap of a low melting thermoplastic resin onto the container head. CONSTITUTION:To one end of the cylindrical body 2 is integrally molded the container head 3 of the high melting thermoplastic resin P1 to obtain a tube body having the container head 3 at one end of the cylindrical body 2. Then the cap 7 of a low melting thermoplastic resin P2 is molded around the container head 3 that is allowed to act as a male mold. Consequently, the tubular container completely sealed by the cap can be obtained, a male mold for molding the cap can be omitted, a mating process of the cap is also omitted, and therefore the production process can be substantially rationalized. |
