PURPOSE:To produce the double-gear train with the porocess and production period reduced, by molding the double-gear train with the adjacent gears meshed with one another in a single stage, and assembling the double-gear train using a middle mold as a jig. CONSTITUTION:A melted resin is injected into cavities 20, 21 defined by an upper mold 2, a lower mold 15 and a middle mold 6 capable of being removed from a molding machine and is molded into the double-gear train with the gears meshed with each other. After the resin is set, the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 15 are separated and the middle mold 6 is removed from the molding machine. Frames 38, 39 are mounted on and under the double-gear train such that shafts of the gears are supported rotatably, and then the middle mold 6 is removed. In this manner, the process and the production period of the production of the double-gear train can be substantially reduced. |
