<p>Method for mfr. of label holders or fasteners for joining together textile goods is carried out by stretching thread portions. Each holder or fastener comprises a crossbar, a thread portion and a head which are formed from a single piece of synthetic resin. The thread portion comprises a smaller-dia. section (3a) near the crossbar, and a larger-dia. section extending towards the head. Memebers which act as a drawing die are applied to the connecting section between the thread sections of different dia., and are moved towards the head to stretch the thread portion. The holers can be provided with a given cross-section or special shape, and no ejector pins are required for the heads. No burrs are formed in the head.</p> |
