PURPOSE:To prepare salad-filled wafers having high added value and useful as a snack food by encasing salad of potato, vegetables, etc. with two pieces of wafers. CONSTITUTION:Salad 2 prepared by mixing potato vegetables, meat, etc. is sandwiched with two pieces of hollow wafers 1, 1a, and the joint is glued with a sticky edible paste 3 to obtain the titled food. The food is convenient to bring, useful as a snack food, and can be sold in a grocery, a supermarket, restaurant and a coffee shop.
