PURPOSE:To automate the coil inserting work and to improve the productivity thereof by cumulatively winding a coil on a frame for defining the coil winding width, transferring it to a coil inserting jig and inserting it into a slot. CONSTITUTION:A frame 10 is disposed on the blade 31 of a coil inserting jig 5, frame contact plates 12, 13 are brought into contact with the upper and lower portions thereof, and the coil winding width can be thus specified. A flier 14 is rotated around the frame 10, and the coil 1 of predetermined winding width is cumulatively wound thereof. Thereafter, a cylinder 15 is operated to retard the plate 12, then the plate 13 is lowered, and the coil 1 is transferred to the blade 31. After this operation is repeated for necessary number of coils, an iron core is disposed on the coil inserting device 5, and the coil 1 is inserted thereinto. Thus manual operation of moving the coil 1 can be eliminated, and the work can be automated. |
