PURPOSE:To form a rotary type actuator having high speed and a simple structure by providing an exciting coil at a stator side and a permanent magnet at a rotor side. CONSTITUTION:A yoke plate 1 formed of soft magnetic material forming a stator side magnetic circuit is fixed to a base 11, and a winding 2 wound in close density is fixed to one surface of the plate 1. A rotor 6 formed of light alloy is rotatably supported via a rotary shaft 5, and a permanent magnet member 3 for generating a static magnetic field is secured through a yoke 4 formed of soft magnetic material to the side confronting the winding 2 of the rotor 6. Thus, it can eliminate the strain or the like caused by the heat of the yoke or the like, can increase the number of turn of the winding without considering the weight and inertia thereof and can accordingly increase the operating speed thereof. |
