PURPOSE:To preserve pickles for a long period, by respectively containing a sponge member impregnated with a seasoning and meats or fishes together in a bag made of a synthetic polymer and hermetically sealing the bag. CONSTITUTION:Fishes 2 as caught from the sea, together with a sponge member 1 previously impregnated with a seasoning, are contained in a bag container 3. The opening of the bag container 3 is then hermetically sealed while keeping the interior thereof in a vacuum state. |
